OK Rockers, here's what is happening in my running world.

The 2010 Santa Barbara Red Rock 40 something is scheduled for Saturday, November 27 - 6:00 a.m. 

Here is the 2010 Red Rock schedule of events

Training Run #1 - 7 am Sunday, September 26. Red Rock to Camino Cielo - about 24 miles.

Training Run #2 - 7 am Sunday, October 31. Romero Canyon to Camino Cielo - about 20 miles

Saturday, November 27 - 6 am Red Rock Run - Red Rock Day Use Area to Romero Canyon and back - about 44 miles

this is pending US Forestry permits
