Waiver: In consideration of myself or my child’s participation in the Guadalupe Half Marathon on Saturday, July 5th 2008, I am intending to be legally bound, for my child, myself, my heirs, executors and administrators and I do hereby waive, release and fully discharge any and all rights, claims for any damages of any kind or nature whatsoever, which I or my child may hereafter accrue to me against any and all persons and organizations affiliated with the Guadalupe 1/2 Marathon/10K Walk, nor limited to any of the following: Any of the volunteers, Race Director, Committee Members, Guadalupe Sports Hall of Fame, Sponsors, Property Owners, the City of Guadalupe, Guadalupe Union School District, the County of Santa Barbara, the State of California, their agents, officers, servants and employees, the California Highway Patrol, California Department of Transportation from any and against any and all claims or damages which may be sustained or suffered by my child or myself in connection with or entry or association with the Guadalupe 1/2 Marathon/10K Walk.
